Job summary

Renault Group Ireland seeks a customer operations professional to support the Customer Operations Manager and Business Support Team. You will handle dealer and customer queries, monitor workflows, and ensure timely responses within a fast-paced, team environment.

You will build strong relationships with nationwide dealer networks while performing administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying and scanning, delivering high-quality service and organisation.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning, organisational and teamwork skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Operations Manager and Business Support Team.
• Monitor workflow and ensure timely turnaround on client and dealer queries.
• Address customer queries, written and telephone, in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with nationwide dealer networks and business managers.
• Develop strong working relationships with dealer network.
• Customer service, supporting the dealer network and business managers.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning.
• Resolve administrative problems.
