Certa Ireland is seeking a Depot Assistant to support day-to-day depot operations, handle inbound/outbound calls, and provide excellent customer service. You will assist with telesales, cash handling, and data accuracy while coordinating with drivers and reps to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, basic IT skills (Excel/Teams), and a proactive, resilient approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a customer focused role.
• Experience of working in a telesales environment is advantageous.
• Cash Handling experience is advantageous.
• IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
• Resilient and capable of working well under pressure.
• A highly motivated self-starter with excellent attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Complete daily depot checks using the systems provided.
• Report near misses using the correct system.
• Report any safety concern to your supervisor and wear PPE in the yard.
• Take payments for yard sales and confirm customer orders over the phone and at the counter.
• Promote other products in the depot and upsell where appropriate.
• Be the first point of contact on phones and maintain good customer relations.
• Set up new domestic customers and ensure data accuracy during calls.
• Assist supervisor with head office processing and end-of-day procedures.
