Job summary

Mahony Fleet is seeking a highly organized Sales & Onboarding Coordinator in Dublin to support the sales team and ensure a seamless customer journey from vehicle delivery to account implementation.

You will liaise between Sales, Accounts, Driver Support and Operations, owning ancillary products, supporting international tenders, and aiding marketing activities for prospective and existing customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a sales support, administration, customer service, or coordination role.
• Experience within vehicle leasing, fleet management, automotive, or financial services.
• CRM system experience.
• Marketing or customer onboarding experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections with customers, drivers, dealers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate order and delivery records and flag delays or risks.
• Produce regular sales reports on pipeline, deliveries, and lead times.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team for new and existing accounts.
• Own the onboarding process for new customers across Sales, Finance, and Driver Support.
• Gather essential company, contact, invoicing, and service requirement details at onboarding.
• Ensure accounts are set up correctly on day one and track live status.
• Act as first point of contact for new customers in early months.
