Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer needs with personalized service.
• Process orders, payments and applications.
• Handle front desk duties and general office administration.
• Support delivery team and other departments as needed.
• Upsell products and inform customers about new offerings.
• De-escalate issues and provide timely solutions.
