Job summary

Inver Energy Limited is seeking a Customer Care Agent in Acres (Fermoy area) to handle calls, process orders and support delivery teams. Based in a busy depot, you will interact with customers both over the phone and face-to-face, ensuring accurate payments and timely order processing.

The role requires prior customer care experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to upsell and inform customers about new products and policies. Competitive salary and pension are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer care role.
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Working as part of a team.
• Experience with Oracle is advantageous.
• Excellent IT skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Respond to the needs of customers and provide a personalized service.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Process orders, payments and applications (budget payers, standing orders).
• Manage online web orders.
• De-escalate situations involving disgruntled customers, offering patience, assistance and support.
• Evaluate customer complaints/problems and provide timely solutions.
• Provide customer service at our front desk.
• Manage filing, mailing, correspondence and other office administrative duties.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products and services and to inform customers about the company’s new products, services and policies.
