Job summary

Certa Ireland is seeking a Depot Assistant to support the smooth running of the depot, handling inbound and outbound calls, taking payments, processing orders and promoting products over the phone.

You will work with the Depot Supervisor to ensure high levels of customer service, accurate data entry, and timely end-of-shift procedures while complying with safety policies. Availability on weekdays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer focused role.
• Experience of working in a telesales environment is advantageous.
• Cash handling experience is advantageous.
• IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Excel and Teams
• Detail oriented with accuracy and data entry

Responsibilities

• Complete daily depot checks using the systems provided.
• Take payments and place orders by phone and at the counter.
• Promote the sales of other products in the depot.
• Promote Clubcard to customers paying for fuel; encourage card payments.
• Support supervisor and ensure end-of-shift procedures are followed.
