Job summary

Fenergo is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Transformation Team. This role focuses on improving Sales & Marketing operations through process analysis, system configuration, and automation.

You will work with Salesforce, Marketo, Gong and other tools—partnering with Sales & Marketing, analytics, and digital transformation teams to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, data quality, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; strong analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing systems (Marketo, Salesforce, Gong).
• Proven track record in process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of finance processes and their interdependencies with systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communicators who can engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, map, and redesign Sales & Marketing processes using lean principles to drive operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across systems, workflows, and teams.
• Lead system enhancements and new feature implementations across Salesforce, Marketo, Gong and related tools.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for configuration or automation.
• Lead tool rationalisation initiatives and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, operations, and digital transformation teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify pain points and design future-state processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and SOPs.
• Lead user training, onboarding, and change management to drive adoption.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback for improvements.
• Stay current on trends in CRM systems, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
