Job summary

Zylo Talent is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst for a multinational organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. The role focuses on enhancing and supporting a large-scale Salesforce environment spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and associated managed packages.

You will work with global business teams to gather requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and oversee end-to-end delivery, platform optimisation, data analytics, project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT/CS/IS or related field.
• Proven experience as Salesforce BA or Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification(s).
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering abilities.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver continuous improvements across Salesforce Experience Cloud and customer-facing digital platforms.
• Engage with business stakeholders to map, optimise, and digitise business processes.
• Lead Salesforce-related digital projects from discovery to deployment.
• Configure, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions following best practices.
• Collaborate with ICT service delivery, architecture, and security teams.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to AI and emerging technology initiatives within the CRM ecosystem.
• Develop strong relationships with global business stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and manage BAU activities.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and third-party integrations.
