  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across systems, workflows, and teams.
  • Act as the business lead on system enhancements and new feature implementations across Salesforce, Marketo, Gong and related tools.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system configuration or automation.
  • Lead tool rationalisation initiatives, identifying overlaps and proposing streamlined, cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing, operations, and digital transformation teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify pain points and design future-state processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead user training, onboarding, and change management activities to drive adoption and effective usage of tools.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Stay current on trends in Sales & Marketing systems, process automation, and CRM innovation, bringing new ideas into the team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing related systems (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce and Gong.
