Job summary

Crane seeks an experienced ERP Business Systems Analyst to gather and document ERP requirements, translate them into specifications, and support data migration, testing, and UAT. You will develop reports and dashboards to enable informed decision-making across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams, drive process improvements, and ensure data integrity while supporting user adoption through training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), business processes, and data management.
• Proficient SDLC; Microsoft Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated time management; strong customer service; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to travel as needed across site locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document ERP requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows for ERP configuration and development.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to understand current-state operations.
• Support data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation efforts.
• Assist in ERP system testing, including developing test cases, coordinating UAT, and tracking issues.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Drive user adoption through training and documentation.
