Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity surveying is essential.
• 3–5 years’ experience developing cost proposals for multiple construction projects for large corporate clients.
• 3–5 years’ experience in fast-track office fit-out, commercial refurbishment and M&E upgrade projects.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing projects is a distinct advantage.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and client-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and bid management for a large 3-year program of small construction projects in Ireland.
• Manage project costs to stay at or below market rates through contractor selection, bidding and procurement.
• Develop budgets, perform value-for-money analysis, present budgets and fee proposals to clients.
• Negotiate terms with contractors and manage invoices and final accounts.
• Prepare monthly cost reporting and manage Change Order processes.
