Global Professional Consultants are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering large-scale building projects in North Dublin. The role offers strong long-term progression within a well-established commercial team.

• A third-level degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.

Responsibilities

• Subcontract procurement and account management.
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts and monthly cost/value reports.
• Budget control and commercial tracking of project performance.
• Measurement and remeasurement of trade packages.
• Liaison with design teams on cost and variation matters.
• Ensuring contractual and compliance documentation is in place prior to appointment.
