Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our award‑winning team in Dublin. You will handle subcontract procurement, cost forecasting, and monthly project reporting for multi‑million euro projects.

The role requires experience with main contractors in Ireland or the UK, a third level degree, and a proven track record on large schemes. You will manage tender analyses, subcontractor pricing, and change control while coordinating with project managers to ensure value for

Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction Industry is essential.
• Bachelor-level or higher degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a Main Contractor on multi‑million euro projects in Ireland or the UK.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash flow for the project based on Contract Programme.
• Carry out tender analysis to ensure compliant and fully priced tenders.
• Set up subcontractor payments and track change orders/variations.
• Coordinate procurement schedules with project teams and target programmes.
• Review subcontractor tenders and manage cost reporting and value engineering.
