Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company is recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our award-winning team in Dublin. You will manage subcontract procurement, cost forecasting, budget controls and value engineering on multi-million-euro projects.

This role involves tender analysis, subcontractor selection, preparation of cash flows and monthly project reports, and ensuring robust commercial performance. A minimum of 5 years’ experience with a main contractor and a third-level degree are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry is essential.
• Third level degree required.
• Minimum 5 years+ experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK on €10m+ projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash flow for the project based on the Contract Programme.
• Remeasure trade packages to identify quantity errors and process tender enquiries.
• Tender analysis to ensure compliant and fully priced tenders are returned.
• Select subcontractors and prepare tender packages in coordination with project team.
• Prepare procurement trackers and ensure alignment with the target programme.
• Manage subcontractor change orders/variations and maintain contract compliance.
