Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Lead Procurement and Bid Manager for a multi-year construction program in Ireland. You will drive cost estimation, contractor selection, bidding, and cost control across a portfolio of 20–30 projects with values ranging to €5k–€5m.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure value for money and adherence to budgets. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity surveying and 3–5 years’ experience in project cost proposals for large

Qualifications

Essential – Bachelor’s degree in Quantity surveying.
3–5 years’ experience developing project cost proposals for multiple construction projects.
Experience with fast-track office fit-out, commercial refurbishment and M&E upgrade projects.
Experience with project cost proposal development and cost management in semiconductor manufacturing is a distinct advantage.
Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the procurement and bid management process for a 3-year program in Ireland.
Ensure costs are at or below market rates across ~20–30 projects.
Manage contractor selection, bidding, cost benchmarking and contract negotiations.
Develop project budgets, cost proposals and value-for-money proof for clients.
Prepare monthly cost reporting and manage Change Order processes.
Maintain JLL financial governance and KPI tracking in the online system.
Foster strong relationships with client, procurement and project teams.
