Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Dublin, Ireland, seeks an experienced Cost Management Lead to drive procurement and bid management for a multi-project programme. You will guide estimating, contractor selection, bidding, and cost benchmarking to ensure value-for-money in each phase.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and Excel/MS Project skills, plus 3–5 years’ experience handling complex commercial projects for large clients. On-site work and close client collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity surveying.
• 3–5 years’ experience developing project cost proposals for multiple projects for large corporate clients.
• Experience with fast-track office fit-out, refurbishments and M&E upgrades is preferred.
• Experience in projects in semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and bid management for a 3-year program of multiple small construction projects in Ireland.
• Oversee project cost estimating, contractor selection, bidding and procurement.
• Benchmark costs, negotiate terms, and manage budgets and value-for-money analysis.
• Present budgets and fee proposals to clients; manage change orders and final accounts.
• Maintain cost governance data in the JLL system and coordinate with client teams.
