Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company in Dublin is recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our award-winning team on multi-million-euro projects. You will handle procurement, cost forecasting, and value management to support contracts and subcontracts.

The ideal candidate holds a third-level degree and has 5+ years with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK on €10m+ projects, with strong progression opportunities and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction Industry is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years+ experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK on €10m+ projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash flow for the project based on the Contract Programme.
• Remeasure trade packages and tender analysis to ensure like-for-like comparisons.
• Carry out value engineering appraisals with the Design Team/Project Manager.
• Set up Subcontractor payment details and manage Subcontract change orders.
• Complete Subcontract Orders and monitor contractor tender packages.
