Personal Assistant – Professional Services Environment
Tyler Weir has a lovely senior opportunity for a seasoned Personal Assistant.
This role requires exceptional judgement, discretion and organisational skills where you will anticipate priorities, manage complex and competing demands, and help ensure the key stakeholders time, client commitments and internal responsibilities are coordinated effectively.
The role will suit an experienced professional who is confident working autonomously, handling sensitive matters and building strong relationships at all levels.
Day to Day Duties:
- Provide high-level, proactive and confidential support;
- Manage a complex diary and inbox;
- Coordinate domestic and international meetings;
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodation and transport;
- Support client relationship and business development activity;
- Prepare, format and quality-check correspondence, presentations and other materials; file documents and maintain accurate and timely records on the firm’s CRM system;
- Manage expenses, invoices and other administrative processes;
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders, clients, Finance, IT, Marketing, Business
- Development and other business services teams;
- Monitor priorities and commitments;
- Provide cover and contribute to wider team initiatives as required.
Experience Required:
- You have substantial experience providing senior-level personal assistant or executive assistant support, ideally to a leader in a professional services environment;
- You are highly credible, discreet and trustworthy;
- You demonstrate excellent judgement and can confidently manage competing priorities;
- You are exceptionally organised, detail-focused and reliable, with strong follow-through and a proactive approach to anticipating needs;
- You communicate clearly and professionally and are skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, clients and colleagues across the firm;
- You can work calmly and accurately under pressure and make sound decisions;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;
- You are comfortable learning and using legal practice, doc management and CRM systems;
- You are flexible, collaborative and service-oriented, with the maturity to work autonomously;
- You can contribute positively to the wider team;
- You are motivated to develop your career in a leading professional services role.
This role is located in the Dublin 2 area. Excellent base salary and benefits on offer as well as hybrid working model. You will be working for 3 high profile key stakeholders within the business.
