Job summary

Mira is seeking a Copy Lead to own messaging architecture for brand, campaigns, and product across the organization. You will craft clear, compliant language that drives purchase and build scalable copy systems, libraries, and style guides for the team.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead two writers—one for Paid Channels and one for Lifecycle—while shaping Mira's voice across channels and staying aligned with legal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of copywriting experience with senior or lead ownership.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive categories (health/wellness) is a strong plus.
• Genuine copy craft with hooky, scroll-stopping lines that are scannable and clear at a glance.
• Product marketing fluency; you question business goals and tailor copy to personas and research.
• Fluent with AI-assisted writing tools, with strong judgment on what to keep or rewrite.
• Portfolio showing range across campaign, product, and multi-channel copy.
• Experience training, editing, or managing other writers.
• Native English.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging architecture and top-level copy for every major campaign and product launch.
• Maintain strong, up-to-date brand and product copy—including ongoing experimentation with legal.
• Build and maintain copy libraries, style guides, and training materials for Mira's brand voice.
• Edit, QA, and coach copywriters’ output to a single, consistent standard.
• Manage and grow the two copywriters—direction, performance, and hiring as the team scales.
• Partner with the Creative Director on how copy and design work together within the broader system.
• Flag and resolve repeating claims and compliance questions before legal review, escalating only what’s new or ambiguous.
