Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking an editor/copywriter to lead a team transforming AI‑generated copy into concise, compelling marketing content for Prudential. The role reports to the US Businesses head of creative and requires strong collaboration across media and stakeholders.

The position is hybrid, based in our Letterkenny office two days a week, with a focus on growth, clarity, and brand consistency across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited school.
• 3+ years copywriting or journalism experience.
• Desire to learn financial products; financial services experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, strategize, and create content that promotes Prudential products and services.
• Consult with cross‑functional team members and creative leaders to generate great copy.
• Establish and enforce Prudential’s brand, messaging, and voice.
• Ensure creative material is consistent with goals and brand standards.
• Present and champion work to stakeholders and partners through to completion.
• Interview business partners, executives, experts to gather information for messaging.
• Stay current on marketing communications trends inside and outside the industry.
• Be aware of new media communications methods.
• Understand Prudential’s institutional audiences and how to communicate with them.
• Translate messaging for all media formats and ensure cross‑media applicability.
• Meet or exceed all deadlines and deliverables.
