Jobgether is seeking a Senior Performance Copywriter based in Ireland to craft conversion-focused copy for landing pages, ads, and video scripts. You will use data-driven insights to optimize messaging across international clients and collaborate with marketing, design, and media teams in a remote, fast-paced environment.

You will leverage AI tools for research and ideation, develop structured copy variations for A/B testing, and ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines and advertising

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct-response copywriting or performance-focused roles.
• Exceptional English writing, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles and customer psychology.
• Proven experience writing landing pages, paid ads, and performance-oriented assets.
• Ability to develop headlines, hooks, offers, and messaging angles.
• Experience creating campaigns to engage cold audiences for acquisition.
• Strong research skills to understand products, markets, competitors, and customer segments.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear customer benefits.
• Experience developing copy variations for A/B testing and interpreting results.
• Comfort analyzing marketing data to improve copy performance.
• Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, copy development, and optimization.

• Translate technical features into clear customer benefits.
• Ensure advertising claims are accurate and compliant.
• Develop copy variations for structured A/B testing and refine messaging from results.
• Review marketing data to identify successful concepts and guide iterations.
• Adapt messaging across clients, products, and industries while considering audience differences.
• Document learnings and successful concepts in the team knowledge base.
