Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a freelance Creative Lead / Creative Strategist to shape the creative direction across three brands from a remote Ireland base. You will translate performance data and audience insights into actionable strategies, establish a structured testing framework, and guide content creators and performance marketers to scale high-performing concepts.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in creative strategy, art direction, or leadership.
• Translate metrics (scroll-stop, CTR, CVR) into creative decisions.
• Experience building a structured creative testing framework.
• Strong eye for quality; able to approve deliverables.
• Excellent messaging, copywriting, and audience relevance.
• Experience leading teams across multiple brands.
• Fluent German and strong English communication.
• Collaborative with content and performance teams.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy, QA, and content planning across three brands.
• Translate data into actionable creative recommendations and testing hypotheses.
• Define angles, hooks, formats, and audience messaging.
• Evaluate metrics to inform creative decisions and scale successful concepts.
• Provide final approval for assets and offer actionable feedback.
• Own content pipeline, roadmap, and workflows across brands.
• Evolve brand positioning while aligning with audience tone and goals.
• Improve ideation, testing, evaluation, and process using structured workflows.
• Collaborate with content and performance teams to align objectives.
