Job summary

Mira is seeking a Creative Strategist (Producer) to consistently deliver 20+ high-quality video creatives per month, including at least 10 videos with real UGC creators, by executing within our established creative strategy.

The ideal candidate will excel in ideation and trend adaptation, performance scriptwriting, production, and stakeholder management, coordinating with creators, editors, designers, freelancers, and agencies to drive compelling paid social creatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative production or paid social advertising.
• Strong portfolio with video ads and UGC content.
• Experience writing scripts for UGC creators and direct-response ads.
• Proven ability to manage creators, editors, freelancers, or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Generate 20+ high-quality video concepts per month.
• Write compelling UGC scripts with hooks and CTAs.
• Produce at least 10 videos monthly featuring real UGC creators.
• Coordinate relationships with creators, editors, designers, freelancers, and agencies.
• Provide actionable feedback on submissions and edits.
• Adapt ad formats to Mira's brand while following strategy.
• Organize creative libraries, insights, and assets.
• Ensure creatives meet launch specifications for paid platforms.
• Track timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to inform creative development.
