Job summary

MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) seeks a senior marketing leader to take full ownership of paid client acquisition for a high-earning coaching brand. You will manage paid media, CRO, and email, while coordinating with organic channels.

You report to the CEO and will build the team to scale toward a CMO-level remit. With a proven track record in multi-channel growth, you’ll redesign the funnel, improve ROAS, and drive budget discipline across Meta, Google/YouTube, and Bing.

Qualifications

• Experience running marketing for offers doing $1M+/month within the last 18 months - verifiable.
• Deep high-ticket call-funnel experience focused on booked calls and sales.
• Expert Meta media buying with creative-to-targeting strategy.
• Proven creative and hook direction with receipts (ads you directed and the numbers).
• Managed a marketing team of 5+ to a visibly high standard.
• Built or rebuilt marketing processes and lifted output quality of a creative team.
• Compliance-sensitive vertical experience: operate where an account can die overnight.

Responsibilities

• Develop paid media strategy and oversee account structure and testing with external partners.
• Scale budgets and optimize lead quality end-to-end; manage ROAS targets.
• Own forecast of revenue, calls, CPL, spend, and creative volume monthly.
• Direct creative direction and messaging; translate winning language into hooks and ads.
• Ensure compliance, policy adherence, and safety across accounts.
• Own data tracking, attribution, and event routing with the media partner.
• Lead funnel/CRO from ads to sale with structured split tests.
• Oversee email sequences and ensure alignment with ad campaigns.
• Lead and grow the team with structured performance reviews.
