Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in site management or project management within residential construction.

• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Organised, proactive, and high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery of the housing development from groundworks through to handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, ensuring alignment with P6/office plans.
• Drive site productivity, sequencing, and resource planning to maintain momentum.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Liaise closely with design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement schedules and coordinate with the commercial team on budgets, variations, and forecasts.
• Chair site meetings and produce clear, accurate reports for senior management.
• Maintain strong client relationships, representing BHA professionally at all stages.
• Ensure smooth, timely delivery of completed units to the highest standard.
