Job summary

Flexistaff Recruitment’s client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse construction projects across Leinster, including education, healthcare and residential sectors. You will manage projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget control, while upholding quality standards.

You will coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and stakeholders, monitor programmes and costs, and drive progress with proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating site operations, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and project reporting.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience delivering projects in education, healthcare, residential, commercial, or civil sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning, procurement, delivery, and handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers daily.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, quality standards and timelines.
• Drive project progress and proactively resolve issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and design teams.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare project reports and progress updates, including short-term lookaheads.
• Support commercial activities, forecasting and tender submissions when required.

Our client is a well-established construction and civil engineering contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Dublin and the wider Leinster region.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of diverse construction projects across sectors including education, healthcare, residential, heritage, sports & leisure, and civil works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning, procurement, delivery, and handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, quality standards, and timelines.
• Drive project progress and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and design teams.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and short-term programme lookaheads.
• Support commercial activities, forecasting, and tender submissions when required.

About You
