Job summary

ICDS Group is seeking a Contracts Manager for its medium-sized residential developments in Laois and Kildare. You will drive project delivery, oversee the site team, manage the programme, cost, and quality, and liaise with local authorities and other utilities as needed.

You will lead project reporting to senior management and manage projects through to completion and handover, ensuring targets are met and compliance is maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management.
• Proven delivery of housing developments.
