Job summary

Ratio Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a leading residential development company in Leinster. The role involves overseeing planning, execution and delivery of projects from inception to completion.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, compliance and safety across sites. Regular presence on-site and at the company office is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing residential development projects.
  • Proficiency in planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with expediting and ensuring timely delivery of materials/services.
  • Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control on construction sites.
  • Familiarity with Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.

Job description

My client is a leading residential development company who have a proven track record of delivering high quality homes in Leinster. Due to their ongoing growth and with several projects in the pipeline, they are seeking an experienced project manager to join their team.

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential development projects from inception to completion.

Duties:

  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
  • Monitoring construction progress
  • Identifying and resolving issues
  • Preparation of reports for stake holders
  • Supporting decision-making for senior leadership.
  • This is a full-time, requiring regular presence at project locations and the company office to manage day-to-day activities effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control practices on construction or development sites.
  • Logistics Management skills to oversee supply chains, site deliveries, and inventory related to project activities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and standard office productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Relevant degree or qualification in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Irish building regulations, health and safety standards, and local planning processes is an advantage.
