Job summary

Talent-Curve is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to deliver a landmark mixed-use development in South Dublin, overseeing approximately 550 apartments with retail space and a three-level basement. You will lead site teams, manage programme, budget and stakeholders, and ensure delivery to safety, quality and schedule in collaboration with main contractors and consultants.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 7 years in medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with main contractor or developer in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget and cost control experience.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and deliver complex projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and IT systems.
• Experience in RC frame residential and/or high-rise construction is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Role

A leading property developer is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major mixed-use residential development in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a landmark project comprising approximately 550 apartments, retail space and a three-level basement. The Role As Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the project from construction through to completion and handover. You will lead site teams, coordinate project stakeholders and ensure the development is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
