Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in main contracting.
• Proven track record in project delivery, team management, and programme oversight.
• Residential experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams across multiple projects from start to finish.
• Ensure adherence to programme, budget, and quality standards.
• Liaise with senior management, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Uphold company standards across health, safety, and compliance.
• Report directly to the Head of Construction as a core member of the leadership team.
