Job summary

highr is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for residential development projects in Dublin. You will oversee multiple sites, lead project teams and ensure delivery to programme, budget and quality standards.

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will manage pre-construction through completion, coordinate commercial and design teams, and drive safe, compliant project execution across a busy pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in construction management or senior project roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience delivering residential developments to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple residential projects across Dublin.
• Lead Project Managers, Site Managers, engineers and site teams.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor construction programmes and milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, design teams and suppliers.
• Work with commercial on budgets, procurement, variations and cost control.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Chair regular project and progress meetings.
• Maintain relationships with clients, authorities and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, BCAR, and company procedures.
