Job summary

ICDS Group in Kildare, Ireland is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a major residential development from ground up. The role oversees site and project teams, manages programme, quality, safety and overall project performance, and coordinates subcontractors and stakeholders.

You will work closely with commercial and senior management, delivering projects to the required standards and driving key issues to resolution, with a strong long-term growth pipeline.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager within construction.
• Strong residential experience, ideally across housing and / or apartment developments.
• Proven experience managing sizeable projects and teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of the project from start to finish.
• Manage and coordinate the site and project teams.
• Oversee programme, quality, safety and overall project performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders.

A growing residential developer is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to take the lead on a major new development in Kildare.

The company is expanding rapidly, with significant work already secured and further developments planned across Dublin and Ireland. This is a great opportunity to join at an exciting stage of the business and play a key role in its continued growth.

The initial project will be a largescale residential development in Kildare, with the successful candidate overseeing delivery from the groundup. There is also a strong pipeline of already won work in Dublin for next year, providing excellent longterm prospects.
