Responsibilities

• Ensure all works are safe, efficient, and to quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Liaise with design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement schedules and coordinate with the commercial team on budgets and forecasts.
• Chair site meetings and prepare clear reports for senior management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent BHA professionally.
• Ensure timely handover of completed units to the highest standard.

The Role

We are looking for a proven Project Manager who can take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of a 70-unit residential apartment scheme. You will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered on programme, on budget, and to BHA’s expected standard of excellence.

This is a key leadership position with significant influence on the project's success, with strong long-term progression opportunities within our growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery of the apartment development from preconstruction through to handover.


• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, ensuring alignment with P6 plans.


• Drive site productivity, sequencing, and resource planning to maintain momentum.


• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.


• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.


• Liaise closely with design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders.


• Oversee procurement schedules and coordinate with the commercial team on budgets, variations, and forecasts.


• Chair site meetings and produce clear, accurate reports for senior management.


• Maintain strong client relationships, representing BHA professionally at all stages.


• Ensure smooth, timely delivery of completed units to the highest standard.
