Job summary

Fota Island Resort is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to lead daily concierge duties, deliver exceptional guest service, and coordinate with Front Office. A full driver\'s license is required, and you will oversee VIP arrivals and SOP adherence.

You will train new team members, communicate updates, manage the concierge email, and work with events and dining across The Collection. Join a team committed to excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest service experience.
• Carry out all daily Concierge duties while on shift as per standards.

• Introduce and monitor new procedures to enhance guest experience.
• Assist in departmental meetings.
• Coordinate maintenance of concierge vehicles.
• Ensure all Concierge SOPs are followed.
• Train new team members.
• Liaise with reception and guest relations on guest requests.
• Manage the Concierge email inbox.
• Oversee arrival of VIP guests.

Fota Island Resort is currently recruiting for the position of Concierge Supervisor. Please note a full drivers licence is required for the position.

Responsibilities:

• To provide an excellent guest service experience
• To carry out all daily Concierge duties while on shift as per the departmental standards
• Communicating updates and announcements to the Concierge Team
• Introducing new procedures, at SOP development stage through to implementing and monitoring progress to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
• Assist in the running of departmental meetings
• Liaising with the Front Office Manager in relation to any concerns or requests highlighted by the team
• Co-ordinating the maintenance and upkeep of concierge vehicles
• Ensuring all Concierge SOPs are being followed
• Training of new team members
• Liaising with the reception and guest relations in relation to guest requests and arrangements
• Managing the Concierge email inbox
• Overseeing the arrival of VIP guests
