Fota Island Resort in Ireland is seeking Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our professional teams. The role focuses on supervising all F&B services, exceeding guest expectations and delivering high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor all services
• Ensure all team members deliver and exceed on guests expectations
• Plan and deliver briefings with all relevant staff
• Provide accurate and up to date information to staff and guests in relation to menu options
• Assign stations to associates
• Assist with on boarding of new associates
• Assist with training of all associates
• Ensure the correct set of of relevant outlet for service and shift handover
• Liaise with other departments as required
