Fota Island Resort is seeking Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our professional teams in the Resort. The successful candidate will be passionate about Food and Beverage, innovative, motivating and energetic for this hands-on role. Responsibilities

• Supervise all services.
• Ensure all team members deliver and exceed guest expectations.
• Plan and deliver briefings with staff.
• Provide accurate information to staff and guests about menu options.
• Assign stations to associates.
• Assist with onboarding of new associates.
• Assist with training of all associates.
• Ensure correct set-up of outlets for service and shift handover.
• Liaise with other departments as required.
