We are seeking a Deal Desk (Commercial Operations) Coordinator to support a clients Seller Acquisition Programme.
This is a highly operational and commercially focused role, acting as the link between Lead Generation and Business Development. You will help manage the seller pipeline from initial lead intake and validation through to routing, CRM management, pipeline monitoring and reporting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the right opportunities reach the right Business Development teams quickly, while maintaining accurate, reliable and actionable pipeline data.
A major focus of the role will be reducing administrative workload for Business Development teams, allowing them to spend more time engaging with and acquiring new sellers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Development Support, Deal Desk, Sales Administration or a similar pipeline-focused environment.
You will be highly organised and comfortable working with large volumes of data, leads and competing priorities. Accuracy is important, but so is the ability to recognise when something isn't working and take action to resolve it.
We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and proactive, who can keep a busy pipeline moving, maintain high-quality data and identify ways to make the wider Business Development process more efficient.
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced commercial environment would be particularly valuable.
