Salary: €60,000 to 65,000 (DOE)
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations professional to partner closely with the Alliance & Channels Sales Director, providing commercial insight, forecasting support and data-driven analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across pipeline management, sales forecasting, business reporting and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in supporting Channel & Alliance growth, annual planning and operational best practice, while working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
What does my day to day look like?
- Act as a key business partner to the Alliance & Channels Sales Director, supporting weekly forecasting, pipeline reviews and the delivery of accurate sales forecasts.
- Provide data-driven insights and analysis for Quarterly Business Reviews, management reporting and strategic decision-making, leveraging AI capabilities where appropriate.
- Support annual business planning and Channel Sales quota deployment, while ensuring financial reporting and operational activities remain aligned with company policies and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, Sales Operations, Deal Desk and Commissions teams to track strategic initiatives, resolve operational issues and establish consistent best practices.
- Support the onboarding of new hires, providing guidance on CRM systems, partner policies, management dashboards and key operational processes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Finance and Marketing to develop effective solutions that support Channel & Alliance growth and deliver against the wider business roadmap.
What's required?
- 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Operations, ideally within a software/SaaS environment, with experience supporting Channel or Partner sales considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data, resolve challenges and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools and/or Tableau is desirable.
- A proactive, results-driven approach, with the flexibility to embrace change, collaborate effectively across teams and take ownership of delivering business outcomes.
