About the Role
This is an individual contributor role with strong business partnering responsibilities. You will work closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, using data, reporting and business insights to support growth, improve operational effectiveness and drive better decision-making across the channel organization.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment, where resilience, adaptability and the ability to work with ambiguity are important.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key business partner Channels Sales organization.
- Support sales leadership with forecasting, pipeline reviews, reporting and business insights.
- Analyse channel and partner data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver management reports, Quarterly Business Reviews and business performance insights.
- Support annual planning activities, including channel sales planning and quota deployment.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Enablement, Deal Desk and Commissions.
- Support the development of best practices for pipeline management, forecasting and operational processes.
- Work across multiple EU geographies, collaborating with different business stakeholders and teams.
- Support financial and sales reporting while ensuring appropriate governance and compliance.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency within the Channel organization.
- Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve reporting, analysis and business processes.
- Support onboarding of new team members, including CRM tools, partner processes and management reporting.
- Operate effectively in an environment undergoing organizational and process change.
About You
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Partner Operations or a similar commercial operations role.
- Previous experience working in a Channel / Partner environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of partner relationships and channel sales operations.
- Experience within a technology, software or SaaS organisation is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with, interpret and communicate data.
- Hands-on Power BI experience, including the ability to create reports and dashboards.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales/pipeline data.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience supporting sales forecasting, pipeline reviews and business reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and EU geographies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing and sometimes unstructured environment.
- Resilient, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
