STRIVE Search is partnering with a leading Dublin-based insurance broker to recruit a Commercial Account Executive. You will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, deliver expert insurance advice, and drive growth through renewals and new business.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance, ideally as Account Executive or Account Handler.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the Irish market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring a high standard of service and relationship management
• Handle renewals, new business enquiries and policy amendments while liaising with insurers to secure suitable terms
• Provide expert advice on commercial insurance solutions and identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships
