Campion Insurance, part of the PIB Group, is seeking an ambitious Commercial Lines Executive to join our Dublin-based HQ on Naas Road. This role suits an insurance professional who enjoys a sales-driven environment and wants to manage an existing portfolio of commercial clients.

You will liaise with insurers, identify new business opportunities, and develop your product knowledge. A background in large fleets or motor-trade risks is advantageous, with hybrid work after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Commercial Broker; professional qualifications listed.
• Proven track record of portfolio management, retention, and growth.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Experience with Applied Relay system advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Provide expert insurance advice and tailored solutions to clients.
• Negotiate and place insurance with a wide range of insurers.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategy.
• Build and maintain long-term client and insurer relationships.

Successful candidate's will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of commercial clients. This client facing exciting role requires a combination of technical expertise and client relationship management skills. Liaising and engaging with insurers along with some business development. Knowledge of or previous experience in large fleets or motor -trade risks an advantage.
