STRIVE Search is partnering with a leading Dublin-based insurance broker to recruit a Commercial Account Executive. You will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, deliver expert insurance advice, and drive growth through renewals and new business.

You will liaise with insurers, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service. The role offers a supportive environment, ongoing development, and long-term progression within a respected firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance, ideally as Account Executive or Account Handler.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the Irish market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing high service.
• Handle renewals, new business enquiries and policy amendments with insurers.
• Provide expert advice on commercial insurance solutions and grow existing relationships.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal teams.
