Campion Insurance in Wicklow seeks an ambitious Commercial Lines Executive to join our team. This role targets a sales-driven environment with a focus on expanding product knowledge and market reach.

You will liaise with insurers, manage client portfolios, and drive business development while delivering compliant, tailored insurance solutions. A strong track record in Commercial Insurance and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Commercial Broker.
• Qualified APA, CIP, MDI, or ACII (or working towards completion).
• Proven track record of portfolio management, retention, and growth.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Experience of Applied Relay system advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Highly self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
