Job summary

FRS Recruitment in Ireland seeks an experienced Client Executive for a full-time, permanent hybrid role in County Cavan. You will manage a portfolio of commercial policies with a strong focus on renewals and high-quality client servicing.

Join a well-established, client-focused team and leverage your 3–4 years of insurance experience (broker experience preferred) to develop relationships with clients and insurers, handle renewals, amendments and new business in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years' insurance experience; broker experience strongly preferred, with an existing commercial book of business a distinct advantage.
• CIP / APA qualified, or Grandfathered status
• Strong understanding of the commercial insurance market
• Excellent interpersonal skills - this is a close-knit, open-plan team, so a genuine team fit matters
• Ability to multi-task, use initiative and manage time effectively
