Axiom Hospitality is recruiting a Cluster General Manager to lead Courtyard by Marriott Dublin and Residence Inn Dublin through pre-opening in 2027 and into successful operation. You will build leadership across two hotels, shape operations, drive the launch with sales, revenue and marketing, work with Marriott and owners, and own P&L post-opening, delivering standout F&B and guest experiences.

• 3+ years of GM experience in branded environment (Marriott preferred).
• Pre-opening and/or multi-property leadership.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're thrilled to be opening two brand-new hotels in Dublin in May 2027, another exciting step in growing our presence in the Republic of Ireland. To lead them both, we're now recruiting a Cluster General Manager.

The cluster brings together Courtyard by Marriott Dublin (252 rooms) and Residence Inn Dublin (222 rooms), two of Marriott's most trusted brands.

YOUR ROLE

Joining the Axiom team, you'll lead both hotels through pre-opening, one of the most rewarding stages in any hotel's life, and on into successful operation. You'll:

• Build and develop your leadership team, and recruit, train and inspire the wider teams across both hotels
• Shape how the hotels run, setting the operational standards, systems and culture from day one
• Drive the commercial launch, working alongside sales, revenue and marketing to build a strong position in the Dublin market
• Work closely with Marriott and our ownership partners to ensure both hotels open on time, on brand and ready for the first guest
• Take full ownership of P&L performance across the cluster once open, balancing the needs of two distinct brands and guest profiles
• Lead a strong F&B offer and a guest experience that keeps people coming back

WHO WE'RE LOOKING TO MEET

We'd love to hear from experienced General Managers who bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager within a branded environment, ideally with Marriott brands
• Pre-opening and/or multi-property or cluster leadership experience
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a track record of driving F&B performance and guest experience
• Sound commercial acumen, confident with P&L, cost management and identifying revenue opportunities
• A people-first leadership style that gets the best out of teams and builds culture from the top down
• Knowledge of the Dublin or Irish hotel market would be a real advantage
