Job summary

Staycity Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Dublin to lead a busy aparthotel operation. You will oversee guest experience, commercial performance and daily leadership of Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B teams.

You will influence budgeting, forecasting and cost management while partnering with central teams to drive performance and guest satisfaction. This role offers a clear leadership path toward GM readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading a complex hotel, aparthotel or similar guest-led operation.
• Proven leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B.
• Solid commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience performance and uphold high property standards.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting and labor for the property.
• Lead Heads of Department and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with central teams on revenue, ops and guest programs.
