Job summary

Bank of America in Ireland is seeking a client-focused team member to engage clients in the lobby, educate and assist with self-service transactions via mobile, online banking, or ATM, and efficiently process cash transactions.

You will build relationships, follow procedures, and connect clients to banking solutions that meet their financial goals while working across flexible schedules and potential relocation within a reasonable commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment is a plus.
• Cash handling experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor's Degree or related business qualification is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources.
• Processes cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
