Job summary

Harmony Care is recruiting for Social Care Workers or Residential Care Workers for an existing service in Limerick. You will provide direct care and support the emotional and developmental needs of children in care, and help implement Care Plans.

This role offers flexible hours (full-time/part-time) with opportunities for professional development, safeguarding responsibilities, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including Tusla when required.

Qualifications

• BA in Applied Social Care Work (level 7/8) or equivalent.
• Full clean Driving Licence (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support emotional and developmental needs of children in care.
• Assist in implementing individual Care Plans/Placement Plans.
• Promote safety, safeguarding and wellbeing in line with local policies.
