Harmony Care is recruiting for Residential Care Workers in Dundrum, Co Tipperary. You will support children with a child-centred approach, providing safe and therapeutic care under the Harmony Care model.

Formación

• BA in Applied Social Care Work (level 7/8) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to all policy and procedures in the Organisation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Safety Statement and Health and Safety risk assessments.
• Ensure Health and Safety of young people, team members and visitors; report concerns promptly.
• Develop and maintain Policies and Procedures and Best Practice Standards within a caring environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of young person, employee, and business information.
• Report shortfalls to the management team.
• Work directly with children to meet their physical, psychological, social and emotional needs.
• Promote education/training and employment in line with each child’s Care/Placement Plan.
• Engage in safeguarding and risk management activities as required.
• Engage in team meetings, training and professional development.
