Harmony Care in Ireland is seeking a Social Care Worker to provide direct care to children and young people in our Laois service. You will support their emotional and developmental needs and help implement individual Care Plans. This role requires commitment to safeguarding and working within the Child Care Act.

You will collaborate with the Centre Manager, attend reviews, and participate in team meetings. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and flexible hours with full and part-time

Qualifications

• BA in Applied Social Care Work (level 7/8) or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures.
• Maintain Health and Safety and risk assessments for the premises.
• Build therapeutic, professional relationships with children in care.
• Support Care Plans/Placement Plans and participate in reviews.
• Attend team meetings and liaise with external professionals.
